ABOUT ME
Detroit native, India Williams is the best-selling author of hood classics such as The Real Hoodwives of Detroit and the Gangstress series. In 2010, she released her debut novel, Dope Death and Deception; it instantly became a hit within the urban community. In 2011, she created Grade A Publications, an indie publishing company, where nothing but 5-star books were produced. India also worked as a creative writer for T. Styles, Mean Girl Magazine in 2014. Since then, she has penned fifteen novels; two short stories, and has been featured in five anthologies. In 2023, India’s novella Dishonorable was filmed. Aside from writing, India has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a board-licensed mental health professional.
